在不干膠標簽印刷過程中,收紙部位的壓紙輪往往會將材料壓出印痕,工廠不得不將材料加寬(一般比實際印刷寬度多10mm),讓壓紙輪壓在材料的邊緣,以避免印痕出現在成品標簽的表面。但是這種方法很浪費原材料,其實,筆者推薦在壓紙輪表面貼上一層不干膠材料(紙張、薄膜材質均可,推薦使用PET材料,效果好),能夠大大減輕壓紙輪在材料表面壓出的印痕。采用這種方法后,我們可以用小寬度的原材料印刷標簽,大大減少了原材料的浪費。

3、印刷撤淡劑去除白點

制一塊實地版,在原材料表面先印刷一遍UV撤淡劑,然后再按正常工藝印刷油墨。由于先印刷的UV撤淡劑已經將原材料表面的灰塵粘走或覆蓋,后面印刷油墨時基本上就不會出現白點了。而且,由于UV撤淡劑的顏色很淡,不會影響到后面印刷油墨的色相。但是這樣做會大大提高生產成本,因此只可以用來應急,并不能作為一種常規的解決方法。

在不干膠標簽印刷過程中常常會出現局部區域印刷顏色過深或過淺的情況,此時可以通過調整局部貼版雙面膠厚度的方法來解決,而無須重新出膠片曬版。具體的做法是:若局部區域印刷顏色過深,可以將該區域印版下面的雙面膠除掉,相當于減輕了局部的印刷壓力,印刷顏色會淺一些。同樣的,若局部區域印刷顏色過淺,可以在該區域的印版下面再加一層雙面膠,這樣相當于增加了局部的印刷壓力,印刷顏色可以加深。通過這種方式調節圖文局部壓力,往往能解決一些問題并能夠避免重新出膠片、制版帶來的麻煩,同時也節約了版材。
