不干膠印刷的時候出現白點怎么辦?

不干膠標簽印刷
  When we are printing with self-adhesive, we always find that there are white spots in the printing process, which can not be solved well. Generally speaking, there are four main reasons for the problem of printing white spots: rough label materials, material powder, static electricity and workshop environment dust. This paper will give solutions to the above four problems.
  一 、材料表面粗糙造成的白點
  I. white spots caused by rough surface of materials
  目前在我國,不干膠標簽的印刷主要以凸版和柔性版兩種印刷方式為主。這兩種印刷方式對不干膠材料的表面粗糙度要求都很高。例如銅版紙面材不干膠材料,如果采用膠印,其表面粗糙度(材料表面高低差異)小于1.4微米即可;但采用凸版和柔性版印刷時,其表面粗糙度需要小于0.7微米才能保證印刷過程中不出白點。這是因為后兩種印刷方式的印刷壓力要比膠印小得多,如果不干膠材料表面不夠平滑就會造成部分材料表面印不上油墨,從而形成印刷白點,這種現象尤其容易出現在印刷大面積網點圖文的過程中。在高倍放大鏡下看,其特點是白點區域完全沒有油墨。這是因為白點區域相對其他區域較低,印版上的油墨沒有轉移到材料表面。由于材料表面不夠平滑導致的印刷白點,還有一個明顯的特征,那就是白點往往是大面積的,多數情況下滿版都是,非常明顯。

These two printing methods require high surface roughness of self-adhesive materials. This phenomenon is especially easy to appear in the process of printing large-area dot graphics. Under high magnification, the white dot area is completely free of ink. This is because the white spot area is lower than other areas, and the ink on the plate is not transferred to the material surface. There is also an obvious feature of the printing white spots caused by the lack of smoothness of the material surface, that is, the white spots are often large-area, and in most cases, the full page is very obvious.
  遇到這類印刷白點問題,我們可以通過以下方式來解決:

  1、更換合格的材料。不干膠材料表面不夠平滑屬于材料質量問題,我們可以要求材料供應商更換達標的材料來進行生產。
  1. Replace qualified materials. The surface of self-adhesive material is not smooth enough, which is a matter of material quality. We can ask the material supplier to replace the qualified material for production.
  2、但據筆者所知,在多數情況下,更換材料就無法保證工期,因為不干膠標簽印刷企業的生產周期相當緊湊。況且印刷廠更換活件需要一系列的準備工作,一旦材料有問題不能印刷,那么準備工作就是白做,這對于印刷廠來說嚴重影響生產效率。如果遇到這種情況,我們可以考慮先在材料表面印刷一層底涂油或是沖淡劑(撤淡劑)。這兩種印刷助劑基本上是無色的,不會對印刷品的顏色造成太大影響。印刷這兩種助劑后材料表面會被填平,人為提高材料的平滑度,印刷白點現象會大大減少。

If the smoothness of the material is artificially improved, the phenomenon of printing white spots will be greatly reduced.
  二、材料掉粉造成的白點

  材料掉粉也是造成不干膠標簽印刷白點的常見原因之一。這種原因導致的印刷白點有一個顯著特征,那就是剛開始印刷時白點比較輕微,但隨著印刷時間的增加,白點會越來越多,同時在印刷設備上也能夠明顯看到有白色粉塵。這時候如果停機對印刷設備和印版進行清理,那么清理后白點會減少,可再印刷一段時間以后,白點和粉塵仍然不斷增多,這是因為材料表面的粉塵會逐漸積累到印刷設備和印版上。由掉粉引起的印刷白點,在高倍放大鏡下可以看到白點區域是有油墨的,但會有某些顏色的油墨沒有印刷上,原因是在印刷該顏色時材料表面有粉塵脫落,從而導致油墨沒印上。由掉粉所導致的印刷白點往往只會零星出現在印刷品表面,但會隨著印刷時間的增加而增多。

For the printing white spots caused by powder dropping, ink can be seen in the white spot area under the high-power magnifying glass, but there will be some colors of ink that are not printed. The reason is that there is dust falling off on the surface of the material when printing the color, so the ink is not printed. The printing white spots caused by the powder dropping often only appear sporadically on the surface of the printed matter, but will increase with the increase of printing time.
  如果對這種現象進行細分,可以分為以下幾種情況:

  1、面材掉粉

  面材掉粉多發生于紙張類不干膠材料。因為多數紙張類材料在制造過程中都需要經過超壓處理,以保障紙張更加緊密不容易掉粉。但如果超壓過程控制不好,面材表面強度不夠,就會出現在印刷過程中掉粉的情況。

  不干膠材料是一種復合材料,除了面材以外還有底紙。底紙一般有格拉辛、SCK、涂塑牛皮紙等幾種。由于底紙也屬于紙張,因此同樣會出現掉粉的現象。同時,不干膠材料在制造過程中需要對底紙進行補水(回濕)處理,如果補水量過大,也會導致底紙的表面強度降低從而造成掉粉。

  我們知道不干膠材料多數為卷到卷加工,因此供應商需要根據印刷廠的要求將大卷材料分切成不同寬度的小卷。在分切過程中,如果車間環境灰塵較多,就很容易導致材料表面落有粉塵;如果分切設備刀具比較鈍,就有可能導致小卷材料兩端落上粉塵。

  那么,在實際生產中我們應如何判斷是上述哪種掉粉導致的印刷白點?其實很簡單,可以用3M810膠帶分別對不干膠材料的面層和底紙進行測試。具體的測試方法是:先將不干膠材料面層與底紙表面的浮塵擦干凈,再用膠帶分別粘不干膠材料的面層和底紙。我們可以多粘幾次,然后分別看面層和底紙上是否能粘下粉塵,哪一面能粘下粉塵,就是哪一面掉粉;如果兩者都沒有粘下明顯的粉塵,那就是分切生產環境中的粉塵。

We can stick it several times, and then we can see whether the dust can be stuck on the surface layer and the bottom paper, which side can stick the dust, which is which side of the dust; if there is no obvious dust stuck on both sides, it is the dust in the slitting production environment.
  遇到這種情況,我們需要分別對待。譬如,如果是面材或者底紙自身掉粉導致的印刷白點,印刷企業很難解決,更好的辦法就是更換合格的材料;如果是分切過程中的粉塵導致的印刷白點,那么可以考慮在印刷設備上加裝除塵布或者除塵膠輥來解決。

  4、油墨太粘

  有的時候油墨粘度太高也容易導致印刷白點。這是因為在印刷過程中油墨粘性太高會把材料表面的涂層粘掉,就如同用膠帶去粘材料表面一樣。這種現象多發生在凸版印刷紙張類面材不干膠材料上。我們知道紙張類材料具有一定的表面抗撕裂強度,但是在凸版印刷中,油墨是直接從印版轉移到承印材料表面。同時凸版印刷采用的油墨為膏狀,屬于高粘油墨,因此在印刷過程中,印版在油墨的作用下會對承印材料表面形成一定的撕扯力。在這種力的作用下,一些紙張材料表面的涂層可能會脫落。

Under the action of this force, the coating on the surface of some paper materials may fall off.
  由此情況導致的印刷白點,一般有一定的規律性和周期性,且印刷品上的白點不會太多。因為印版將不干膠材料表面的涂層粘下來后,有時候會留在印版上,因此在后面的幾個印刷周期內,印刷品上同樣的位置也會有相同形狀的白點。

Because the plate will stick the coating on the surface of the adhesive material, sometimes it will stay on the plate, so in the following several printing cycles, the same position on the printed matter will also have the same shape of white spots.
  遇到此類問題,可以嘗試降低油墨的粘度。降低油墨粘度的方法有很多,例如在油墨中加入調墨油、減粘劑等助劑。這里要說明的是助劑的添加都有一定的比例,一般在5%—10%,因為加得太多會使油墨變得過于稀釋從而影響到印刷效果。同時,也可嘗試“深墨薄印”法,即在墨斗中將油墨打薄,并通過加大墨斗輥轉動速度的方式來保證油墨供給。這樣做的好處是在墨斗輥轉動攪拌過程中會使油墨稀釋。因為高粘油墨具有觸變性,即在經過一段時間攪拌后油墨的粘性會下降。當然,也可以利用油墨的這種特性來解決油墨過粘的問題。

Because the high viscosity ink has thixotropy, that is, after a period of time mixing, the viscosity of the ink will decrease. Of course, the ink can also be used to solve this problem.
  此類問題是所有問題中更好判斷并且也更容易解決。首先印刷車間一定要干凈、整潔,如果車間衛生環境不好就不能印刷,尤其是在印刷大面積網點或者實地的活件時,對車間的環境清潔度要求就更高。這種印刷白點,只要注意車間衛生就能夠解決。
  This kind of problem is the best judgment and the easiest to solve. First of all, the printing workshop must be clean and tidy. If the sanitary environment of the workshop is not good, it can not be printed, especially when printing large-area outlets or live parts on the spot, the environmental cleanliness requirements of the workshop will be higher.
