    不干膠標簽氣泡是終端用戶在貼標過程中經常會碰到的現象,造成該原因的因素主要有以下幾種:

    1.膠水涂布不均勻:膠水涂布不均主要是薄膜供應商在涂布膠水時發生的工藝缺陷。

    2.貼標機壓輪設計不佳,壓力不夠:一般自動貼標機主要部件包括放卷輪、緩沖輪、導向輥、驅動輥、收卷輪、剝離板和壓輪(貼標輥)。自動貼標的過程是貼標機上的傳感器發出貼標物體準備貼標的信號后,貼標機的驅動輪轉動。由于卷筒標簽在裝置上為張緊狀態,當底紙緊貼剝離板改變運行方向時,標簽由于自身材料具有的一定的堅挺度,前端被強迫脫離底紙,準備貼標,此時貼標物體恰好位于標簽的下部,在壓輪的作用下將脫離底紙的標簽均勻平整貼敷在物體上。貼標后,卷筒標簽下面的傳感器發出停止運行的信號,驅動輪靜止,一個貼標循環結束。如果貼標機的壓輪在壓力設定或者結構設計方面存在缺陷,也會造成不干膠標簽貼標過程中的起泡,請重新調整壓輪的壓力或者協調貼標機的廠家解決。

If there are defects in the pressure setting or structural design of the pressure roller of the labeling machine, it will also cause blistering during the labeling process. Please readjust the pressure of the pressure wheel or coordinate with the manufacturer of the labeling machine to solve the problem.

    3.靜電效應:對于薄膜類材料,靜電也會引發標簽上的氣泡。出現靜電主要有二方面的原因:一是與氣候和環境有關,氣候寒和空氣干燥是靜電產生的主要原因。
